What to expect from Indian Head massage?
Indian head massage is performed through thin clothing sitting in a chair. I will very little oil massaging the neck, the rest of the massage is with dry hands. I will begin with balancing your chakra's. I will massage your upper back and shoulders and upper arms. I will then massage each side of your neck then progress to the extended scalp massage. I finish with a gentle face massage and balancing again of your chakra's. I will hold and support you throughout the treatment allowing you to simply relax in to the therapy.

We can select the most suitable music (or not) and which oil you prefer. This preparation time is to help you to feel comfortable with me and with the massage. This groundwork means on your subsequent sessions, I will be much better prepared so you get the most out of your session.
